From Ibiza, they promote an international network of Michelin-starred chefs and prominent figures in haute cuisine who share a common vision: to use the global power of gastronomy to create social impact.
The project began withStars Against Cancer, a charity event held in Ibiza that brought together great chefs to cook for a common cause. Over time, this initiative has evolved intoStars Around the World, an international platform that brings charitable gastronomy to different countries.
Their mission is clear:
To create unique gastronomic experiences that unite culture, talent, and solidarity to support social causes around the world.
